By using tinyhomesblueprint.com or purchasing a plan from Tiny Homes Blueprint, you agree to these terms.

Plan license

When you purchase a plan, you receive a license to build one (1) home from that plan. The plans, drawings and designs remain the intellectual property of Tiny Homes Blueprint and are protected by copyright. You may make copies of the plans as needed for the construction of that one home, including copies for your builder, lender and building department. You may not resell, share, publish or reuse the plans to build additional homes without purchasing an additional license.

Modifications

You or your licensed professional may modify the plan for your own single build. Modifications made by others are not reviewed or warranted by Tiny Homes Blueprint.

Local codes and professional review

Building codes, zoning rules, snow, wind and seismic loads and energy requirements vary by location. Our plans are designed to common residential standards, but it is your responsibility to have them reviewed by your local building department and, where required, a licensed engineer or architect, and to obtain all required permits before construction.

Orders and delivery

Plans are sold as instant digital downloads. Payment is processed by Stripe; after a successful payment you receive a download link on screen and by email. The link works for 365 days and up to 25 downloads, and you can request a new link at any time from the Find my plan download page. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies.

About the drawings

Plan sets are generated from each design and include construction drawings, electrical and plumbing layouts, a materials list and a cost estimate. Electrical and plumbing layouts, framing sizes, quantities and costs are planning information based on common residential codes and national-average prices; they must be verified, and where your jurisdiction requires it designed or stamped, by licensed professionals before construction.

Refunds

Because plans are digital products that cannot be returned, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your plan set, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If a file is damaged or incomplete, contact us and we will replace it. A refunded order's download link is turned off.

Tools and guides

Our calculators, guides and estimates are for general planning only. Costs, weights, solar sizing and legal information are estimates and may not reflect your project, location or current regulations. They are not engineering, legal or financial advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals and your local authorities.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Homes Blueprint is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website, its tools or our plans. Our total liability for any plan purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.
