• Information you send us. When you use our contact or order form, call or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, plan number and project information.
• Usage information. Our web server records standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, used for security and to keep the site running.
• Tool data. Our calculators and layout planner run in your browser. Inputs you enter are not sent to us. The layout planner may save your design in your own browser's local storage so you can return to it.

How we use information

• To answer your questions, process plan orders and deliver plan files
• To prepare quotes for plan modifications or custom designs
• To protect the website against spam and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us operate the site and process payments, and only as needed for those services, or when required by law.

Cookies

The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie to protect against automated spam. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Payments

Plan payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on its secure checkout page; card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. For each order we keep your name, email address, the plan purchased, the amount paid and how many times the download link was used, so we can deliver your files, resend links and answer questions. Stripe's handling of payment data is described in its privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@tinyhomesblueprint.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
